Pee Wee and Youth Registration
Everything you need to know to successfully register for Fontana Sports programs.
Registration is available on a
first-come, first-served basis and can be completed
Online or In-person at any Fontana Community Center. All required documentation must be submitted at the time of registration.
When a program reaches capacity, patrons may place their child on a waitlist by selecting the “Waitlist” option next to the course or by contacting the Sports Hotline at (909) 428-8864. A $10 non-refundable late fee will apply to all late registrations.
Registration Requirements
In-Person Registration
Please have the following items ready at the time of In-person registration. For in-person registration, please view our office locations and available hours.
- Proof of Residency: Government or state issued Identification or utility bill (Dated within 30 days)
- Signed Parent Oath
- Medical Release Waiver
- Form of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Check or Money Orders.
- Birth Certificate

To register online please visit ActiveNet Home
Steps:
- Create or sign into your ActiveNet account
- Add all household members
- Select your program
- Complete payment and required forms
PEE WEE & YOUTH PARENT GUIDES
Parent guides will be emailed and published online under downloads the Friday before every program start date by 12pm. Parent Guides will provide team rosters, practice and game schedules, and all pertinent program information.
Do not wait for a call from the City of Fontana.
Refund, Credit & Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend or are not satisfied with a class, you may request one of the following:
- Transfer to another class (if space is available)
- Credit applied to ActiveNet Account.
- Refund allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing.
All requests for transfers, credits, or refunds must be submitted prior to the second class meeting. Approved refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee per participant, per activity, membership, or facility reservation.
Material fees paid directly to the instructor are non-refundable.

Independent & Local Sports Leagues
The City of Fontana is proud to offer a variety of recreational sports programs. However, if a program is full or your child has outgrown a current division, there are additional independent leagues available within the surrounding community.
These organizations provide alternative opportunities for continued participation, skill development, and competitive play across a variety of sports.
